We love that you have chosen to spend time with us at Diddly Tots. We are a place for fun, learning and socialising. We ask that everyone that attends our Diddly Tots venue adhere to our rules of play. They are as follows:

Children must be supervised by their responsible adult, at all times; we cannot take responsibility for children at any time.

Diddly Tots accepts no liability for any loss or damage to visitors’ belongings and we advise you keep valuables with you at all times.

Please respect our property and encourage children to look after our things as they would their own toys.

Only 3 children allowed on our bouncy castle at one time.

Cars are parked at the owner’s risk. Diddly Tots Accepts no liability for damage or accidents.

Our play area is a no-shoe zone, please remove shoes before entering our play area and clean socks must be worn at all times. If there are medical shoes that need to be worn, please contact us prior to your visit.

On arrival, our doors may be locked as we reset the play area in between play sessions. The doors will open 5 minutes before the play session is due to start. If there are adverse weather conditions, we will open the doors, but we kindly ask that you stay in the café area until we are finished setting up.

No food or drink is allowed in the play area.

Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed. There are exceptions for dietary requirements but please contact us prior to your visit.

We kindly ask that any children who are, or have been unwell, refrain from visiting Diddly Tots venue for 48 hours. Please see our refund policy in regard to this.

Please report any accidents to a member of staff so we can provide the necessary assistance and avoid any more accidents occurring. We also need to report any accidents as part of our ongoing audits.

Please report any damage to the play area or any equipment. You may be asked to pay for the damage if this is found to be intentional damage.

For health and safety reasons we do ask that any object/toy that may have been put into a child’s mouth or chewed is placed in our ‘dribble box’ so that we can clean and sanitise appropriately as such.

Diddly Tots reserves the right to refuse admission or ask customers to leave at any time. Abusive language or behaviour towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

When taking pictures of your children we please ask that you try to only take pictures of your own children due to privacy concerns. Diddly Tots cannot be held responsible for any images shared by other customers. Diddly Tots will never share images without obtaining written consent prior to sharing. Parents and guardians have the option to agree or disagree to pictures being taken/used when they sign their wavers before entering the property and attending the session.

Diddly Tots is specially designed for and aimed at children aged 3 and under, however older children up to the age of 5 may attend if a parent or guardian thinks/feels this is appropriate.

Each session lasts 80 minutes please see our bookings page for each time slot available.

Visitors may arrive 5 minutes before your start time and must leave at the allotted end time.

If you arrive late for your session, you are able to join in the remainder of your session time, however, there will be no refunds given.

We do have on-site parking; this is available on a first-come-first-served basis and is operated on a Pay and Display basis. Each customer leaves their car parked at their own risk. Diddly Tots doesn’t accept any liability for loss, damage, or accidents.

Smoking and E-Cigarettes are prohibited in Diddly Tots.

No alcohol or drugs are permitted on site and use of these substances during or before any session will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premises.

We only permit assistance animals in Diddly Tots.

In some of our sessions we may use loud music and flashing lights including but not limited to strobe lighting and UV. By signing our waiver, you agree and understand that such usage of these may occur at any time.

By signing the waiver, you agree to share any information about medical needs or allergies that may result in illness, harm or death during the session and that all information given to us is correct at that given time.

We have a no face-paint rule, in order to keep our venue as clean as possible. No face-paint is permitted on the bouncy castle or in our soft play area. We ask that hands and faces are kept as clean as possible to try to keep our venue tidy and inviting for everyone.
